 Files & Documentation Review and Audit
In order to be compliant with the Essential Areas and Polices of the ACCME, it is important that documentation of activities is performed consistently and systematically. SP&A staff assesses the provider’s filing system to ensure that correct documentation is maintained and easy to manage. At the conclusion of a file audit, SP&A prepares a written assessment of the results and shares these findings with you and your staff. SP&A also makes recommendations on how to streamline processes and ideas on how to ensure compliance with the Essential Areas and policies.
