The training process equips the provider’s staff with skills that relate to the Alliance for CME staff competencies recommendations. Skills are not only critical to performing optimally in the new CME paradigm, but are also necessary to demonstrate to potential supporters that you have the ability to perform as educators.
In addition to educational skills, SP&A works with CME providers, education divisions of pharmaceutical companies and device manufacturers, and unaccredited medical education partners to design effective training programs for marketing staff that serve to keep the company in compliance with the complex regulatory environment of CME that includes OIG, FDA, ACCME, AMA, PhRMA, and AdvaMed rules and regulations.
